There is an initial fee of $20 for a monthly permit at the the signing of the the agreement if you lose your card, you must pay another $20 for a new one.

Payment is due on the first of the month.
|
|
If payment is not received by the 1st day of the month, you will be charged a $20 late fee.
|
|
There is the $30 fee for returned checks.
|
|
Monthly parkers are guaranteed parking. In the event of self-park space is not available PMS Parking, Inc. reserves the right to valet park monthly parker's vehicle.

|
The use of the facility shall be at the Permit/Cardholder's risk, and management shall not be responsible for personal injuries or for damage to, or theft of any Permit/Cardholders material while in this facility.

|
Improper use of monthly parking will result in loss of privileges.
|
|
30 days advance notice is expected for cancellation.
|
|
If monthly payment is skipped, parker is considered as daily parker and will be charged hourly/daily parking rate. reapply as a new applicant to reinstate the monthly parking privilege. If space parking available.

|
To avoid being towed, Current Permit must be displayed at any times while parked.
